Laying tape stripe is not that hard. The most important part is to prep the
area properly to promote adhesion. First use a wax remover such as minerl
sperits, then go back over that with rubbing alcohol to remove residue left by
minerl sperits. Start the tape at one end & lay a couple of feet at a time
keeping it centered as you go. Dont rub it down untill you are satisfied with
the position of the tape. You can pull it up and reposition it as long as you
dont rub it down. It is easiest to go all the way around the truck then trim
at the door openings after you rub it down. Dont forget to remove the clear
protective film before trimming at door ppenings. 3M brand stripe tape is
probably the best. You should have plenty to practice with. You can trim the
tape with a razor blade but be careful not tocut the paint.
