Cliff, I've owned 2 Jensen Healeys, one in England and one when I came to
the States. Both cars ran great and were no trouble. I used to commute
from Rohnert Park to San Rafael for 3 years in my late 74 5 speed, which had
100,000 miles on the original engine before I sold it. The only reason was
we had kids and they don't fit too well in the back. If I could locate the
same car I'd try and buy it back.

Great cars,

Andy

Did you go? And how did you do?
Just found out, the DeLorean used a chassis designed by Lotus that was
almost a carbon copy of the Esprit.
And that Lotus used Jensen Healey to test out the 907 engine before using it

in the Esprit, Elite, Eclat and Excel. Since the engine is pretty much the
foundation of any car and carried the Jensen Healey emblem first, if you own

any of these cars with a 9 series engine, you should be in a Jensen Healey
club.
Pretty smart, those Lotus guys.
