UPS shipping procedures have changed since 911.. However, if you know someone
who has UPS service, they can get boxes from the for free. If you dont, then
you need to find some clean boxes without hazardous materials markings and ship
them in those.
BTW, 64 lbs is not over the 70# threshold, so I am not sure why they gave you a
hard time. Even if you were over the 70# threshold, they should have issued you
the yellow heavy box stckers and billed you accordingly..
