Just to let folks know: there is a two-groove factory pulley available,
used on air-conditioned Japanese Minis. It would take some work to use it
on a Shorrocks, because it tucks the additional belt in BEHIND the water
pump drive.
I now have scans of mechanical drawings of the pulley for driving a
Shorrocks, so if anybody wants or needs it, I can mail it.
