I'm in the process of building a scoop for the radiator of my Morgan.
And I've got a couple of questions for those that have done it.

I'm using .066 (1/16") aluminumn.

I was wondering what those of you that have made one, made them out of?

The only thing I'm really worried about is that this will add 1/8" to the
width at the bottom of the nose. There appears to be enough play there
to get it in.

How did you fasten it to the valances? Did you drill a whole near the top
of the valance near the radiator and then use the mounting holes for the
little pan that the bottom of the grill attaches to?

TIA

John
