All of the thermodynamics of these fuel gages (I cannot for the life of
me remember where the "u"  goes, so it goes out) is lost on me,
gentlemen, but what I hear you guys saying is get a newer type fuel gage
and give it a whirl. But Bill's narrative explains why that engineer in
Florida referred to one unit as a 'push' type and the other as a 'pull'
type. I had no idea these things were so complicated. And the freon in
the glass bulb. What is THAT all about? Truly in the presence of oneness
with machine.
