I agree that with an older Morgan this may be an issue.  However with a
recent Morgan there is no real problem.  Mechanically they are about the
same as any other car with a few exceptions (fron suspension) which can be
dealt with on an occasional basis with a "once over" from time to time to
make sure everything is tight and there are not too many stone chips.
Inevitable high mileage cars depreciate so don't expect to sell it at a
profit.

I spent 4 years with my Morgan as a sole car in just this situation.  Its
been left in railway car parks, long term parking at Heathrow, done 500+
mile round trips to customer meetings etc...   The total annual mileage was
never above 9000 even with that  (I live pretty close to Heathrow and the
drive to work is short) and to make it sucessful you can't afford to be
"snobish" about raising the hood, as arriving at an important meeting in a
decent suit having spent half an hour in traffic in the pooring rain is not
a good plan.
