Mog Wire wheel conversion

I am contemplating changing my disk wheels for wires and I'm not sure if I
should use bolt-on adapters or swap out the disk hubs for wire hubs. Also,
I would like to fit 16" wire wheels in order to reuse my tires and help
keep the engine revs down a bit. Are there any off the shelf 16" wire
wheels available or would they have to be custom made? Any advise would be
appreciated.
