heater control

I would recommend leaving the heater flow on all the time, especially in hot
weather. The heater funtions as an additional radiator, and will give a
little more cooling to the radiator fluid. I can see a difference on the
temp guage when it's on or off. Now if you have a passenger, that's between
you two!
