Bill Fink at Isis is who federalized Morgans, did the research and
modified the cars to even meet California emission rules (thus the
propane cars). When bits or tech info is needed Bill is one of the true
good folks to know. Most of the post 67 cars in Texas, that were bought
new, came from Isis. What four seater type are you looking for?
