Hi All,
Brave Irene has a new front frame that any Plastic Surgeon, including me,
would be proud of...and at less hassle than I had anticipated. As of my last
note, I had been expecting to have to take the front wings off completely, as
well as removing the steering gear and column (official solution). I have
found that by loosening up the wings and some creative prying that it can be
done with much less disassembly. If anyone wants any details, please just
ask. Looks like another three good days of work, and we'll be "on the road
again".
Many thanks to all who have helped me get so far in such a short time. All
those stainless bolts sure look sweet!!!!
