I seriously doubt that would pass tech. Why not just use hydraulic wheel
cylinders like most production car drums? You could then adapt separate
cable operated cutting brakes using stock e-brake cables. What is your
fascunation with the drum brakes? There are major downsides to them in
off-road applications unless they are the sealed type found on the back of
some ATV's.
