[Mgs] MGA Locktab Washer for Crank Dog Nut

Is there any way to source an MGA lock tab washer for a crank dog nut 
from a local automotive or hardware store?  I'd hate to do a mail order 
for one washer.  If it can be locally sourced, what are it's dimensions?
