[Mgs] CD: Restoring and Maintaining an MGA

I have a CD with "Restoring & Maintaining an MGA" handwritten on 
it.  I got this from someone on one of the lists or forums a few 
years ago.  The disk is unreadable.  Does anyone remember who was 
distributing these, or what is on it?  Thanks.
