An iris blue MGA Mk 2 sold at RM Auction in Monterey for $30,250 last
weekend. (Aren't those Magnette hubcaps on it?) It still astounds
me to see humble MGs trade for this kind of money. A similar car
('62 Mk 2 red), but restored to what looks to an even higher standard
was sold privately by a fellow in Oregon a few months ago, and he
said he got close to $30,000 for it.
