Looking at the wiring diagram, the only white/green wire on the
ignition switch is the radio wire, which is supposed to be fused...
Perhaps a little better situation, but "something bad" happened to
cause this...

I think white/green goes to the starter solenoid, right? I just replaced
that a few months ago. I can't imagine what the heck could have
happened??? I am dismayed.... guess I'll start taking it apart to

what went wrong...
