As another has said they are removed by twisting.  But it is quite possible
that the rubber sealing ring has turned to glue, and the only way to remove
them then is to lift the taps on the bezel *slightly* then twisting.  But if
you are replacing them anyway (get the new ones first, and sealing rings!)
you can be more destructive.
