Cam Timing adjustment gear

I picked up my cam with the blower grind for my MGB from Elgin today.

I'm going to need to advance the timing 5 degrees from nominal to get
the settings that Hans specified.  Are there any particular adjustable
Cam gears to get, or to avoid?
