front end conversion

Hi All,
I've managed to lose the name and  web addy for the US company that makes
the rubber bumper front end conversion shroud.
They convert to chrome grill and then have a one piece bumper cover/chin
spoiler added.
They are an offshoot of a UK company I think, and are located in the  south
east US.
Does anyone  know the company name and/or web addy?
