carb rebuild (high idle) and paint

I'll let everyone know tomorrow, but I think the JB Weld has cured my high
idle, at least it seemed so tonight.
On another note, after working on the 67B in the garage all winter, it has
some light surface scratching of the pain on top of the front fenders. What
should I do to get these out before I wax it?
