Monte,

I think there is still a drink holder shown in the Moss catalog.  I have put 
one of these in both my MGA and MGB and love it.   It folds up against the 
tunnel when not in use and I mounted in just in front of the passanger seat 
on the MGB.  Make sure you put it far enough forward so if you move the seat 
up it is not in the way.  It is easy to install (two screws) and looks good.
