steering wheel emblem...

Will the center emblem from a different year fit in the push horn cover on a 
'70 MGB steering wheel?  

I have a Wheel from a '70 B that I keep in my office.  Somehow the center 
emblem in the push horn has managed to come(break) out.  A replacement push 
horn assembly is $30...  Does anyone know if an earlier emblem is the same and 
if it will fit?
