MGB GT Seat covers

I am somewhat confused regarding front seat covers and head rests.  Am I 
right in saying that seat shapes (the foam things) did not change from 70 
to the end?  In other words a 1970 seat kit will fit an 80 seat and visa 
versa.  Same with head rests?
