seeking MGB advice update"more info"

The owner is telling me the sills and floorboards have previously been
replaced and you have to look real hard to tell.What should i look for
to determine if it was done properly?There are some small dings but no
wreck damage and some paint bubbling above one headlight.Any thoughts on
the update?...Greg
