| Well First off I would guess your tach is off. I think you should be 
about 4000 rpm at 60 - 65. Your only options are to replace the tranny 
with a 5 speed or overdrive. Remember that the powerband for this engine 
starts around 3000 rpm. So that ain't bad, noisy - yes, bad - no.
