Bob: If I remember correctly, the portion of the shaft that rides on the bush is bigger than the rest of the shaft. You should be able to replace it the same way I did it on my TD. Unbolt the solid shaft from the steering knuckle. Slid the shaft about 6 inches into the cockpit to expose the smaller portion of the shaft. Insert the bushing and push and twist the shaft back into position. Blake |
