what size wrench/socket for these?

Please tell me what size wrench (spanner) you use for:

a. The choke cable trunnion & screw
b. The throttle & choke linkage nuts and screws ("lost motion lever nut
& screw")

Also what size socket for the block drain plug (water) immediately below
the oil pressure gauge tube at the rear right of the engine block?
