Thanks to everyone who posted their thoughts about this one.

General consensus seems to be to smother it in lubricant for 2 days and then 
hit it with a hammer whilst wiggling it and attacking it with a blowtorch if 
its still stuck!

Sounds like I'll have a really fun weekend :)

Will let you know how I get on, although its touch and go if I'll get that 
much time this weekend.
