.... now I haven't been keeping score but it looks close to 50/50 - gee
I hate that.
We have people saying that they have been using this combination for
years and it works well, how can I not believe them if they have the
proof sitting in their driveway.
Then again I have urgent insistence that (it seems) I will be risking
damage to the Pertronix Ignitor or worse if I go ahead with the
installation.
Of course there was the third option that says of course I can use this
combination - IF I use a ballast resistor. *Now* I am worried... I was
going to just go ahead and install the beasty and keep the fire
extinguisher handy but I may have to toss a coin.
Anyone got any definitive proof that I should NOT use this combination
(the people who use this every day have pretty compelling evidence)?
