OD's and speedos

68-74 take a 1280 speedo (1280) turns of the cable per mile.  The OD has a
blue laycock ID plate.  Tranny has a dipstick.

75-80 take a 1000 speedo.  The OD has a black plate.  The tranny has a side
fill plug.

4 synchro overdrive and non overdrive are the same length and take the same
driveshaft when mated to a tube rear axle.
