Hi Lawrie,
I'm getting a lot of unwanted spam too, and I'd like to get rid of it. 
I've got three addresses......one for theTriumphs list, one for the MG list 
and a personal one.
The only one I'm having a problem with is the MG list.......strange Isn't it?
Let me know if you come up with a screening method as I'd be VERY interested.
