Loctite problem

I have fitted a small screw with loctite and now can't remove it. The
stuff works! I need to remove the screw. I have tried loosening with a
hammer tap, used PB Blaster, and acetone. Has anyone had any success in
using any substance to soften the loctite?

Help!
