Won't Start

To the wisdom of the list:

I am hoping that there are some TR6 folks out
there that can help on this problem:

    72 TR6 new points plugs and condenser
    car seems to flood easily making the car not 
    able to start.

    Plugs have spark and so do points, once it starts it is
    hard to keep running without the use of the choke, always 
    needs to have the choke at 2-3,000 rpms.

Any help would be appreciated.
