Rover simply haven't the capacity to manufacture for North America and BMW
aren't going to give them the money. If the stories about Ford and BMW
linking up are true we can say 'goodbye' to Rover altogether although MG,
Land Rover and possibly Mini (if the new model is a success) will probably
survive.
