Success!! The key that I had cut from the numbers on the BMIHT certificate
works like a charm. I can now lock/unlock the doors and trunk (boot). At a
cost of $6.00 + SASE.
My option was to buy a new set from Moss (401-598) which would have been
$64.15+.
The glovebox key didn't work. That lock may have been changed. It looks as if
it's held in by a couple of modern pop-rivets.
