Sounds to me like a classic case of broken and/or stuck rings.  The head seal
is good but the compression just blows by the pistons due to lack of seal
between the rings and cylinder wall.  This creates crankcase pressure, often
blowing oil and exhaust out of seals, dipstick holes, filler caps, etc.  The
only sure way to know is to drop the pan and pop out the pistons.  You're in
for more fun ahead!
