MGB Firing Order

     I just towed home my first MGB last night and tried to get it started 
     for the first time in 3+ years.  What I know at this point is both gas 
     and spark are being delivered to the cylinders and it cranks real well 
     but will not start.  I'm guessing the wires may be crossed up but have 
     no reference material to refer to.
     
     Questions: What is the firing order for a '70B and when one refers to 
     the number one cylinder is that at the fire wall or the radiator?
