Midget crankshaft

     Listers,

     While changing rod bearings on my Midget I found a loose oil
     restrictor on the #3 journal, it had been rubbing on the bearing
     for some time and is worn to the point it can't be reused.

     If these restrictors are necessary in a stock engine, where can I
     obtain one as I don't find them in any catalogs?
