RE: Massachusetts Registration

I do miss some things about my home state.  The dead desert
(all the landscaping and water from the Colorado can't make
a desert really *alive*) and rules, rules, rules of California
can be depressing and tend to activate a bit of homesickness.

Arkansas is green with life.  And a bit simpler.  To register
a car in Arkansas:

1.  Get car insurance.
2.  Pay the registration fee.
3.  Put the plates on your car.
