Mazda Rotary, Info please?

I would like to know if there are conversions for midgets and the Mazda
rotary engines.  IF someone has put a rotary in a midget, what all is
involved?  The transmission driveline, etc?

Trying to explain to parents how safety conscious it would be to have a
bigger engine(get out of a potential accident quicker, or avoid the
accident quicker!)
