I know I've told this tale before, but this thread always brings back
the memory of the first time I pulled the engine/transmission unit from
my MGB - more specifically the first time I reinstalled the thing. I
spent the requisite amount of flat-on-my-back time, learning how
frustrating it was to install those final bolts. After success, I
crawled out from under the car, stood up to stretch, and discovered the
throwout bearing sitting on top of the workbench..........arrgggghhhhh!
