When the filter, pump, and solenoid were removed, did you notice a
little, bitty ball bearing that acts as a check valve for the pump
output??  It MUST be there for the O/D to function...  pull the assy out
again, and look for the ball bearing, and spring.  Might be the problem.

TTUL8r, Kirk Cowen   (who had to use a magnet to retrieve the ball
                      bearing from the used oil from the O/D)
