Automatic transmission

Is a Jaguar XJS V12 with AT  considered an LBC?
Seems it might be better than a V8 'Vette or a Porsche.
More expensive?
No use in opening Pandora's box to expound on the 
ills of society.
Sorry if I left a few things out in my last transmission;
I am not able to tell all that God has done for me in
regular english.
