Others have said most of it. When I revived MILOU from sitting 19
years, I did all that, and spent about $750 on bits of rubber, plastic,
wheel cylinders, tubes and tires (I was sorry to throw out those nice
bias-ply tires. They had no wear on them, but sitting flat for 19
years in smoggy Altadena, I couldn't trust them!), the flex fuel line
from the firewall to the carbs, flex brake lines, water pump, heater
valve.
A couple years later the leather had completely disintegrated
despite copious amounts of lexol, hide food, and straight, uncut,
'black tar' (just kidding) lanolin. So I bought the Moss leather kit,
new seat and back foam, and redid the seats and armrest.
I only recently replaced the steering wheel that had been splintering
to the point that I had to wear driving gloves to prevent injury.
I also went through and found every 'bullet' electrical connector and
replaced the cracked and disintegrating rubber boots with black plastic
shrink-tubing. You don't want an electrical fire destroying your baby.
