Bottom Plug - Zenith Stromberg Carb

Hi folks.

I 've got a leak from my carb.  It seems to becoming out of the 
bottom plug.  I'm hoping its just the gasket around the plug.

Anyway, I've got a schematic of the carb but the details on the 
bottom plug are a little vague - does it simply pop in and out?  It 
doesn't appear to be threaded.
