Thanks, Mike.  I just read my Twist Tech Book.  John agrees with your
assessment that it is the master and must be rebuilt.  He also recommends
doing the slave and master at the same time.  He say to do the master in
place.  How do you get a kit into the master if it still mounted in the car?
I've done a clutch m/c before but off the car.
