I think there were something like 250,000 Ford Mustangs manufactured in its
first 6 months of production. That high figure doesn't seem to have affected
its popularity any. Maybe there were 500,000 B's manufactured but that may
be a sign that it was a popular car, still is, and that may hold true in the
future.
