TC spark plugs

If I'm correct, the original spark plug for the TC was a Champion L10S.  My
dealer sells me Champion L82C's as they are Champion's recommended modern
replacement for the L10S.

Now, the question.  My Stage 1 tuning manual recommends fitting Champion
"LA 11" plugs.  I can find no modern equivalent for these and they get no
mention in Champion's listing of modern plugs to replace obsolete ones. 
Any ideas on this?
