The MG cursor

Some while back someone sent out the rotating MG octagon cursor, 
MGINSI~1.ANI - very neat.   It is an .ani file and had to be put somewhere 
but I cannot remember where.  Can someone tell me where to put it (now that 
should bring a lot of responses from idle keyboards !!!!!!!!!)
