To the group,
Thanks very much for all the good input regarding dieseling,
detonation, and preignition--all related conditions, but not equivalent. I
picked up some good ideas about some things I can check on my Volvo, the
worst culprit--am going to start with the spark plugs--one of the most
recent changes I have made on this engine. These listserv groups are truly
great. I hope everyone took the time to GIVE to the cause the last time
Mark Bradakis put out the call for funds.
